This popular cottage is a small ancient, granite three storey building. It has views over the town and harbour with a glimpse of the sea. 5 minutes walk to beaches, shops, restaurants and museums yet tucked away from the busiest streets. The cottage has two bedrooms and is ideal for two couples or a family of four. It is tastefully furnished and decorated with a modern kitchen area. The central location and excellent attractions of St Ives and the surrounding countryside make it ideal for all year round use. As the name reveals the cottage has a garden which leads off the top floor bedroom. It is sunny and private and equipped with a table and 2 chairs and is so sheltered it even has a lemon tree. All electricity ,linen and all mod cons and WIFI included but no dishwasher. Cot and high chair but no stairgate. DVD library, maps, local history and art books.
